In partnership with Seafood chef Amy Loe at Chef Tech Cooking School, this workshop will show you a few easy tips and tricks to prepare halibut. Come learn how to choose, prepare and cook sustainable seafood with people who love the sea!
This event is designed for 15-20 guests. Fish will vary depending on the catch of the day.
